About me
At the same time, I have 25 years of experience in teamwork. Because I have of course been part of various teams myself for many years, have led teams and later entire companies. So I know every possible perspective. And also the expectations, requirements and challenges of a wide variety of roles.
I know what makes really good collaboration – but I also know how poor communication, misunderstandings and toxic patterns can damage and destroy all joint endeavours.
And I have learnt that understanding and empathy are just as important as the right skills and tools.
So I bring a lot with me – for our joint journey …

The journey
Much more important is whether you can trust me as your ‘travelling companion’. Because the really important questions in everyday working life are often not that easy to answer. They require a safe and protected space. Above all, for things that are unpleasant and perhaps a little painful at first. And this is particularly important if there is already a more or less pronounced loss of trust in the team.
In addition, my experience is that it is not always easy to ‘lay your cards on the table’ in group dynamic processes. What has not yet been said must first be made transparent so that it can then be discussed. This is often not easy, but it’s worth it. Because then everything is usually very clear all of a sudden. And you can take action and do things differently. Cautiously at first, and then with real vigour and energy. For this journey, the team finds the protected space – or rather ‘courage space’ – with me. It is important to me to work together in a barrier- and diversity-sensitive way.
Long story short: The real question is, do you have a good feeling about embarking on such a journey into the future with me?
We will only find out if we get to know each other. And that is why this is the first step. This way we can see if we can form a good ‘’travel group‘’. And then, in the best case, we simply set off …
