As a systemic coach, I am first and foremost a “travelling companion” for you.<\/p>\n
I am also an entrepreneur, consultant, do-gooder, musician, artist, son, partner, father and friend. So I am many things. <\/p>\n
And I’ve seen and experienced a lot in my life.<\/p>\n
I have made a career for myself. I was very successful professionally. And I failed. I had a burnout. And grew from it. I know the game. And I don’t feel like playing it anymore. <\/p>\n
I like people. And I know from my own experience what potential lies dormant in them – but also what challenges and pains. <\/p>\n
I have the privilege of being an old white man. And I am a feminist at the same time. I am spiritual. And I have both feet on the ground. I love. And I know what real loss means. <\/p>\n

That’s what consultants and coaches like to do. Because as a client, you want someone with expertise. To feel that you’re in good hands. I understand that. Coaching is often unfamiliar territory at first. But unfortunately, all these certificates don’t mean much in the end. Especially not whether it will be good. <\/p>\n
Much more important is whether you can trust me as your “travelling companion”. Because the really important questions in life are often not so easy to answer. They require a safe and protected space. Especially for things that are unpleasant and perhaps a little painful at first. After all, you always come face to face with yourself every day. <\/p>\n
Furthermore, my experience is that we first have to allow and invite our challenges and fears in order to make them talkable and deal withable. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Because then everything is usually suddenly very clear. And you can take action and do things differently. Cautiously at first, and then with real vigour and energy. You will find the protected space – or rather \u2018courage space\u2019 – for this journey with me. It is important to me to work together in a barrier- and diversity-sensitive way. <\/p>\n
